Inquiry privacy notice

When you request information about SHIELD or a one-time cleaning, this site collects your full name, phone number, email address, property street address, city, state, ZIP code, inquiry interest, and optional message. Please do not include sensitive information in your notes.

How the information is used

Your details are stored and sent to the Big Bend customer-management system, HighLevel/LeadConnector, so the team can review your inquiry and respond about exterior-care options. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a maintenance plan, authorize payment, or subscribe you to marketing texts.

Address autocomplete

When you type at least three characters in the address-search field, that text is sent through this site to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses. Selecting a suggestion retrieves the street address, city, state, and postal code. This lookup happens before you submit the inquiry. It does not send your name, phone, email, inquiry interest, or message to Google.

Google handles address-search information under its Privacy Policy. You can choose “Enter address manually” to complete this step without address-search requests. Suggestions are not saved in this site’s database; only the address you choose and submit is included with your inquiry. Temporary request counters help limit misuse of address search.

Storage and attribution

Inquiries are stored in this site’s database, accessible through its authorized management tools. The form also records a request identifier, submission time, page path, referring page if provided by your browser, and campaign tags present in the page URL. These help identify the source of an inquiry and prevent duplicate submissions.

Your choices

Your inquiry interest, name, phone number, email address, and property address are required to submit an inquiry. Your message is optional. You can also contact Big Bend through its main contact page. For questions about your information, use that contact page and identify this maintenance-plan site and the email address used in your inquiry.
